This is only about seven minutes long but it is a powerful seven minutes.In 1939, almost 20,000 people attended a "Pro American Rally" at Madison Square Gardens in New York City. Inside, people recited the Pledge of Allegiance while wearing swastikas and performing the Nazi salute. A protester rushed the stage while an anti-Semitic speech was being made and was attacked and beaten by attendees before the cops could break it up.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
